Sadie began her working life in a microbiology lab for a major pharma company. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Life Sciences & Ecology and began her editing career in pharmaceutical news. She has also worked within the oil and gas and renewable industries. Sadie was very happy to join the wellnessblogs team in 2025 and is wowed on a daily basis by the content she works on.
